Political Parties Is Another Problem In Nigeria

A situation whereby the political life or atmosphere of a country or nation suddenly changes or fails is called Political Instability. It is common knowledge that political instability retards the development and progress of a country, in order for a country to develop and move forward there should be a stable political atmosphere.
political instability can be caused by many factors, including conflicts between rival parties, insufficient resources and the proximity to other nations in conflicts. This sudden change can leave citizens of a country in doubt about their country's situation and this may lead to revolt, this situation is what his happening in Nigeria presently.
Regarding political instability in Nigeria, it is undeniable that Nigeria has gone through some tough situation since the amalgamation of three region that was formed together to be called Nigeria today. But the fact is almost Nigeria cases regarding to political instability the major cause of problem is leadership, and because of this Nigeria freedom heroes come to dictators, while Nigeria resources, politics of elimination and scarcity to slop the balance of authority continues to control the country. Moreover, these difficulties have been pointed out due to ordinary Nigerian leaders who already edged and they don't want to retire.

In  Nigeria and many other African countries today, government remains distant from serving the interest of the people, Nigeria and other Africa leaders, politicians and Military are in same category, they are too lazy and  never serve or follow the good interest of the citizens. Politics at the federal, state, and local levels of Africans are dominated by the powerful mandarin who build vast patronage networks during the military days, example in Nigeria. Nigeria and who now use political office to expand these networks and their personal fortunes . Many of the Old army, politicians, America-Africa CIA agents who are the powerful political bosses sitting atop vast patronage networks who view the government primarily through the lens of their own  personal enrichment are referred to as GOD FATHERS have been cultivating personal militants to secure their positions, prompting a local arm race in some regions...even though several Nigeria governors, Politicians and military are under indictment for money laundering abroad and others are being investigated in Nigeria, the bonanza continues at public coffers for these power holders, while basic infrastructure in many parts of the country remains as dilapidated at it is under the military rule in Nigeria.

Why Can't The Political Parties Solve Nigeria Political Instability

I know i am going  to make more enemies than friends in writing this Article, but let's talk frankly, were it not because of old men and women at the helm of our political parties, it's probability that Nigeria will be on the right road towards it's version 2030 (even some other countries in Africa). The mature boys and girls club have no interest in  the future of Nigeria because they are already living in their extra time. They are only interested in themselves and their cronies. The Yoruba region boys and girls focus more on western countries and international clubs and parties, the Igbo boys and girls focus more on international business and flamboyant lives and the Hausa boys and girls focus more on other region resources and regional conflicts in the country. It is high time we Nigerian Youths have to form or join political parties and wage a revolution to take over from the old stocks. This old politicians in political parties are ruling the country without good achievements to show for it; it is time we stand up and correct the wrong mistakes the old leaders have made during their time in power. Lets  be the champions of our political future for the stability of our country, let's change the old guard with new young boys and girls in our political parties and ultimately in Nigeria.

For Example; let's look at the two most important political parties in Nigeria today, and let's look at how many leaders they have had since their information and their achievements in the country.
PDP (People Democratic party) APC (Action Progressive Congress). This two parties should be a social group, a system of interdependent activities. But, what are the factors militating against a viable party system? in what ways are this political parties helping the country? how are this parties helping the citizens? what are the factors impending the full realization of democratic order in Nigeria today?, this are some issue that are so important for us to ask and think about.
We should also try to look at the function of these political parties to some issues such as their relation with lawmaker and executives. to what extent can we say that Nigeria political parties perform the function of recruitment, organizing public opinion and communicating demands to the center of governmental powers and decision? this parties are not real.
A Nigerian Old politicians never pray for the upcoming of new generations, Nigerians in office would like his party to rule everything. This is greediness, Nigerians competing for office know that only two political formations are necessary. Either the the leader of PDP, APC or NCNC want a one party dominance, in Nigeria today; political leaders want to control everything from locals to the federal level.

In Nigeria or other African countries, apart from central role that political parties play which basically follows no ideological bent, the main focus of these political parties is the struggled to undermine each other's electoral fortunes in a very sinister way. This is not the right legacies our Old politicians should leave for the youths or building up there careers as a politicians. Political parties in control of central layers of authority are not permitted by law to use the instrumentality of power to whittle down the strength of other political parties that don't control the powerful layers of governance at the center.
Nigeria is back to the experience with two party system like the innovation of the two party system in 1989, which introduced some elements of discontinuity between the past and 1989 in terms of origin, composition, leadership selection, funding and political appointment. It removed the idea of founders and joiners, as the government financed the founding of the two parties and provided a level playing field for all those who wanted to stake a political career from either of the two parties...
