Let's forget about the qualities and the Merit of a Leader. Though there are Different types of Leadership.

The democratic Leadership, Political Leadership,The Autocratic leadership, The Transformation Leadership and the Transnational Leadership..

But firstly, Lets talk about the leadership of today "THE POLITICAL LEADERSHIP".. How can you tell if a Leader has a political Skill?. or In politics Today, How can you Tell if an elect leader will perform is general duties on masses as a leader?.

It would be an exercise in futility going into the details of the intricate political interplay that characterised each of the phases of some countries chequered political history, These histories have been well documented and discussed in several books and are well known to those with a conscious interest in Politics and political history. There are 196 countries in the world today with the total amount of 7 Billion people on Earth.

What causes Leadership corruptions?

I will like to explain some possibles causes of Leadership corruptions, And ask a numbers of questions for consideration so you can follow up in my Ideas.

"RELIGION".  All Religions are same, Lets forget the fact that we have different types of Religion in different countries. Religion is man's way of dealing with is mortality and the Bible which is use by the Christian is much more than the proprietary property of one group of people, it is foundation of other two religions which is the Judaism and Islam.  but firstly, Let me ask " can a religion cause a Leadership corruption or can a Religion Corrupt a political Leader?".

Religion can affect ethical behaviours way, but it can also affect how public power and authority are arranged within society. For example: "THE CHURCH", the church has being centre of numerous political debates for decades, whereby it will continue to play a major role in issues involving corruptions. Most Political Leaders get Advice from the Religion Leaders in ways to direct a country, But do you realise Religion is Politics? whereby all Religion Leaders are willing to have powers and Authority in Governments Affairs.

It is sometimes assumed that religious leaders maybe recruited to the fight against corruption and that religious people are less likely than non-religious people to engage in corruptions in a country. Many of the most corrupt countries in world are mostly religious country to the point it becomes there ways of life.

In some countries like Philippine,India,Nigeria, Where there is a clear widespread religion competitions.

The Nigerians will always call on God  and continue in there unbridled and rapid corruption. For Example, A Religion Leader can lead a prayer in the government house every morning, Which means Religion is a Politics in Nigeria..

Everyone agrees that corruption is a negative phenomenon and is prohibited by religious like "ISLAM" and "CHRISTIANITY" But for the fact to be discuss some Islamic countries have the highest corruption level in the world. This pose an interesting question: If bribery an embezzlement is prohibited in Islam and Christianity, Then what is the impact of religion in Corruption?.

Religion Leader need to be rooted in stability of  a relationship with God and the simplicity of a life that is straightforward and open. The Authority of the religion in Nigeria is much Higher then the Authority of Educational system. should i say " We don't really care more for our new Generation?".

Since Nigeria independence, religious has leveraged claims to political representations and opportunities. This is bad enough and often degenerates into fierce zero-sum conflicts. Corruptions and incompetent Political leadership have added another wrinkle, preventing the equitable distribution of resources and opportunities and making the politics of religious and ethnic exclusivity more appealing.

In Today religious world, Religion Leader are eager to acquire supernatural powers from the occult world  because Today's Version of Religion world has made it look as if This life is all about financial prosperity, religious leaders are willing to cheat and exploit others just to make it in Life.

For Example: A Religion Leader can be bribe by a political Leader in Name of God to stop the Citizen of a country to know or fight for there Rights. Which means the Political Leader and Religion Leaders live in Good conditions and enjoy benefits of the country while the Citizens dwell in Poverty. This Examples of Corruption is practices in Countries like Nigeria and Philippine.

In some country like India, Political Leadership corruptions through religion are mostly caused by class. ( The First class Citizen, Second class Citizen and the Third class Citizen). Corruptions in India is not something new, India is a big Country with so much population that a small number of individuals with big motives and good determination can not bring in a change easily.

When a country like India has a huge population with no Social security, The country itself forms a defence against vagaries of life in form of  culture and religion..

The bribery are things that acts as an insurance against financial difficulties. Majority of India population are poor and most are dwell in poverty, which means they can be easily grouped by promises of benefits from the Political leaders.

In a country like India, where there is a clear majority religion, This is less of a concern but diffusion of religion message on anti-corruption where there is no regular meeting place would be very difficult unlike the Nigeria Religion system.Politics is only for Criminal Minded people and criminals are meant to be in politics. The Invalid use of powers by Political Leaders has turn the country politics into a venal one, whereby there will surely be a price for everything. Political Leaders will always interfere in work of Police for Example and other criminal administration, once the political influence, interference enters into police department or other criminal administration, it paralyses the Police arms, and because of this acts and ways of Political Leaders, Police officers will be dishonest, trustworthy and corrupt.

Corruption is the dishonest or fraudulent conduct by which a word or expression is changed from its original state to one regarded as debased, which takes in form like DIVISION OF PUBLIC FUND, BRIBERY, APPOINTMENT THROUGH CONNECTIONS, MONEY LAUNDRY, FORGERY, DISAFFECTION AND DISORDER, SELLING OF JUSTICE FOR MONEY ETC.

How Political Leadership Corruptions Through Religion Can Be Fight:

I will offer nothing but just a small and simple fact with argument and common sense, Because  the direction of Change in a country depends on the manner in which resources are mobilised by the Leaders and the attitude of the people toward the change we are talking about now because some people will support my ideas while some will oppose it because its hard to speak for the whole country.
There are lot of things and changes that the religion Leader can contribute in a society to fight Corruptions through Religion.

Religion leaders can help religion followers In creating job opportunities in name of the Religion groups like farming, free educations for the religion followers, technical school opportunities so that the followers will benefits from the Religion they believe in Rather than serving what they believe in poverty and pains. This will encourage the political Leaders to focus more on Political System rather than encouraging corruptions and bribery between the two Leaders.

Religion Leaders can use the Religion Influence to support change on Political leaders corruptions if the democratic authorities are vigilant to rely on economic concert and defence of rules of law, rather than a moral or wrong religion concert. because i see "corruptions" primarily as a symptoms of Political leaders failure and poverty.
